What is the 1st Ganja Cup

The 1st Ganja Cup is a Championship about the best Organic Certified and Organic Minded Ganja Flowers of the Globe.

Everybody can organize (THC/CBD) Tournaments in any part of the world (in a way that is allowed by local laws). The winners of Tournaments will be able to join the final event.

Main scope of the event is to valorize and support local small craft growers, organic agriculture, regenerative practices, genetic preservation, global legalization, prisoners' liberation, equal education, global citizenship and armistice.

Is a decentralized event because we do not create any central Association or Company to make profit out of this. The 1stGanja Cup is a spontaneous community of individuals that shares ideology and goals and decide to play together a game that can help the planet to be a better place.

All participants, Growers, Judges, Sponsors, Public are paying some registration fees. Everybody pay here, nobody is making directly profit from the 1st Ganja Cup.

Traditional landrace and heirloom farmers from low-income areas, no profit organizations, and knowledgeable individuals that aren’t using money for personal or religious choice can be, case by case after evaluation, exempt to pay.

TOURNAMENTS

What is a Tournament

Tournaments are online events or local gatherings where best growers’ flowers are evaluated by judges and the winners are announced and presented to the public.

During Tournaments will be possible organize other activities as talks and performances.

Photos and commentary are shared with the community.

Tournaments events are fully planned and coordinated independently but they need to be registered on 1stganjacup.com and approved by following Prempavee guidelines. We have 3 Categories: Sun grow – Landraces – Indoor. Tournament can be dedicated to a single category or mixed.

Format Tournament Online

From min. 10 to max. 20 sample kits each containing a selection of 10/40 different flowers carefully chosen from organic or organic minded growers that have paid a registration fee. Every Online Tournament can accept no more than 10 growers and 20 paying Judges. Usually Judges have about 15/30 days of time to vote.

Amongst flowers 3 winners will qualify the relative grower for the final.

Format Tournament Local Gathering

From min. 10 to max. 60 sample kits (max. 20 kits x Category) each containing a selection of 10/40 different flowers carefully chosen from organic or organic minded growers that have paid a registration fee. Every Local Gathering can accept no more than 30 growers (10 x Category) and 60 paying Judges (20 x cat.). If the local Gathering display the wording "distribution kits" on the title means that the Judges will have extra time to vote until few days before the fixed date for the announcment of the winners. A second date can be created for this kind of Tournaments: The Awards ceremony day. It will possible to invite Prempavee at location during the event.

Format Tournament Large Event

Large events, more than 60 judges and 30 growers can be made only by already well known and established canna competitions or who have previously and successfully completed the organization of at least one Tournament. Voting time is strictly limited to the timetable of the event and cannot be extended. It will be possible to invite Prempavee at location during the event.

Indoor MiniCup

Indoor MiniCup have more flexible rules and can hold flowers from conventional growers that are well known, very skilled, professional or not professional and openly interested about possible transition to Organic Practices. The Jury of this kind of event is composed only of Experts VIP from the Canna World.

The Final

20 April 2026. Only the winners of previous Tournaments will be able to register as competitors in the Final event.

PARTICIPATE AS GROWER

Pick the Tournament that you like to play in.

Check if your grow can be accepted as participant. You will have to declare that you don't use any products that aren’t compatibles with organic practices.

If you are a conventional grower registering for an Indoor MiniCup you will be asked to officially declare your interest for a transition to Organic Minded and have to list all the products you use that are not organic and wait for approval. If you will be discovered after registration of malicious false declaration you will be openly disqualified and registration fees will be not refund.

Send a request of participation filling the form published at the bottom of this page. Registration fees from online Tournaments organized by Prempavee is 1900 baht for each registered cultivar + 1 bud min. 2x3 cm. Each grower can register max. 4 cultivars each tournament. Other Tournament not online or organized by other approved organizers can charge different fees.

Send a request where you describe yourself, your skills and motivation as Judge filling the form at bottom page. Registration fees from online Tournaments organized by Prempavee is 1900 baht or 1000 baht for content creator, traditional landrace farmers and low-income areas. Other Tournament not online or organized by other approved organizers can charge different fees.

Pay registration fees, actively participate on the chat group and complete vote in the requested time

PARTICIPATE AS SPONSOR

Pick the Tournament or Indoor Mini Cup that you like to Sponsor. You can also apply to become main Sponsor of crossbranded products, a specific country, a grower or a judge, a specific category, the final, the whole event.

Check guidelines if your brand can be accepted as partner.

During the event you will be requested to promote only products and practices that can be accepted by organic agriculture. If you will be discovered after registration of malicious false declaration you will be removed from the sponsor list and your contribute will be not refund.

Tournaments online organized by Prempavee:

A- Cover one or more of Price Awards. Min. 10.000 (300$) 1st Place 7.500 (225$) 2nd Place 5000 (150$) 3rdplace (can be money or same/higher value in products or services) + 2900 baht cash for support general expenses. If you cover 3 prize awards together no fees will be added. If you offer a purchase of flowers to the winners need to guarantee a buy where a 0 is added to those amounts.

B- Cover All Price Awards you will be exempt to pay the entry fees but you will be required to send a security deposit of same value to Prempavee. Your brand Logo will be included in the title of the Tournament every time.

C- Distribute free merchandise, offers and discounts, included on kit for judges and growers or for the public at local gatherings 2.900-baht (100$) cash + products. Your logo will be included on promos. Approved crossbranded products do not need to pay fees to be distributed and promoted.

D- General Sponsor. You can offer donations for include your logo in promotional of tournaments. Min. amount is 1.900-baht (50$)

E- If you have a lab or a testing device you can propose partnership

Other Tournaments not online or organized by other approved organizers can charge different fees.

Organize - HOST a Tournament

Run your own 1st Ganja Cup Tournament

Pick a Theme and give a title to your event. Title of the Tournament can be related to an area, the name of a dispensary or a shop, a famous person, a group of people, a cause...
Choose a Category. Sun grows, Landraces, Indoor, or Mixed (can propose new categories too)
Send a request to 1stganjacup.com at least 6 weeks before the intended date of beginning of the event. This time will be needed to receive the necessary training to be able of organizing an event that can be authorized to showcase the 1st Ganja Cup logo, be listed in our website as official events and have the participants able to win the access to the final.
Wait for approval. If approved have to send 5000 baht (150$). If the tournament is 100% about low income traditional Landrace farmers 1000 baht (30$). Prempavee will send to you a small box containing informational material and official merch from the 1st Ganja Cup. She will also send Certificates of Participation and Certificates of Qualification
If you want Prempavee to be at your location during the event, consider a min. donation of 50.000 baht (1500$) + travel expenses for 2/4 people. She will bring small gifts for all participants and she will give the awards during winner’s ceremony.
Now we are ready to promote your event! We will begin the promotion together at least 3 / 4 weeks before to have time enough to find participants Growers, Judges, Sponsors and Public.

How to qualify XXXyourCupXXX winners at the World Final event of the 1st Ganja Cup

1stGanja Cup Worldwide Championship

All the affiliated competition around the world, run by their own rules can qualify for the Final event 3 winners for each single event, or category, where have competed at least 10 producers

XXXyourCupXXX will be able to present ---x--- participants for the indoor THC / CBD, ---x--- participants for Sungrow THC / CBD and ---x--- for the Hash THC / CBD (this last category is not yet officially in the program but we will probably have)

The XXXyourCupXXX Champion producers to enter the Final of the 1stGanja Cup will have to present Organic Certificated or Organic Minded (self-certificated) product along with the title or certificate. Only the first 3 official winners of each Category of the XXXyourCupXXX will be able to register.

Registration cost and quantities of product for the Final is not determined yet but, in many cases (not always), we can already guarantee that it will not be higher of the registration fee requested for join the XXXyourCupXXX.

Send a request

XXXyourCupXXX write an email to info@prempavee.com containing, Name of Organization, name and Surname and contact of an appointed responsible, and a request to the 1st Ganja Cup to include the 3 winners of the ---x--- categories run by XXXyourCupXXX in the final worldwide competition.

Qualified participants they will be able to participate only with Organic Minded products. If they are conventional producers, they will have time until April 2026 to produce Organics products specifically to join the World Cup or they will not be accepted as participants.

To activate the qualification process will be also required to send a contribute of 170$ (150eu) small events and 1700$ (1500eu) big events, you decide, to the 1st Ganja Cup founder Prempavee as a donation.

Completed this stage we will make cross official announcement that the winners of XXXyourCupXXX will be qualified for the Worldwide Final event of the 1st Ganja Cup next April 2026 (date may be susceptible of changes)

From this moment XXXyourCupXXX will be able to give contributes for the editing of guidelines and rules (to change or to add guidelines and rules need unanimous consensus) as a recognized active member of the 1st ganja Cup

XXXyourCupXXX will be also entitled be an official Sponsor or find Sponsors for the 1st Ganja Cup. Specific conditions will be established after meeting.

When your event is approved your winners will be automatically qualified for the WorldWide Final Event

DISPENSARY OWNErs

World: you organize the event. Find the participants Growers, Judges and Sponsors is your task. 1st Ganja Cup, Prempavee and international Media Partners will support a crossed promotion.

Thailand: You can choose to organize by your own similar way of the other part of the world. Or you can let Prempavee do the organization and registration of Growers and Judges. You can also offer to "buy" all the kits of one Tournament and resell them to your selected customers making like this a Tournament "special edition".

If your event is approved your winners will be automatically qualified for the WorldWide Final Event

A min. contribute of 5.000 baht is required. 30.000 for buy all kits and make a dedicated event. 50.000 + travel expenses to have Prempavee at your location during the event. We suggest to dispensary owners to consider to be also Sponsors offering a purchase of flowers from the winners.

Find the GroweRS

Inform your network about your Tournament. Only Thailand and new time: Prempavee and partners will support you promoting in the groups and medias. Don't worry we will follow step by step all the organization and we will offer max support.

Each grower can present up to 4 different flowers every time and have to pay the same registration amount for each entry. You can set your own fees but they must be congruent with the type of organization offered.

After collecting the registration fees organizers will collect the flowers, test and sample them in anonymous packaging that must be the same for each.

You will have to consider the cost of the Lab test. Only Thailand: Prempavee can make trough an external lab testing THC/CBD/CBG for 500 baht x sample. If you need her to make also the production of the kits consider 1000 baht each kit.

Entry fees from growers registered directly by Prempavee are entirely kept by 1st Ganja Cup. You can choose to skip this option if you are sure to be able to register enough participants in time.

Low-income Traditional Landrace Farmers can be exempt to pay. Organizers and Hosts of the Tournaments cannot play as Growers in their own Tournament.

Find the Judges

Inform your network about your Tournament. Only Thailand and new time: Prempavee and Media Partners will support you. Don't worry we will follow step by step all the organization and we will offer max support.

Judges have to send a request of approval to 1stganjacup.com or your authorized platform and pay a registration fee.

Each of them will get an identical sample kit and will vote on the indicated amount of time following guidelines provided.

For online events we suggest a registration fee between 1.000 (30$) and 1.900 baht (50$). Local events can charge up to 10.000 baht (300$) or even more depending on location and program.

Events organized by Prempavee have always the judges paying even VIP. If you are an organizer from an existing event or business you can apply your own rules, but if is possible we ask to make a list of the official judges and share with us. If we find irregularities we can decide to consider the tournament null. To avoid mistakes you can consider to give a quote to Prempavee to evaluate your judges one by one but is not mandatory. The judges are recruited by Prempavee the registration fees are kept by her.

Participant growers can be in the Judges list for online tournaments but they cannot judge during Local Gatherings.

Organizers of the Tournaments cannot play as Judges in their own Tournament unless they are dispensary offering a purchase contract to winner growers superior of + 3x from minimal requirements. But in this case the Tournament should be entitled with the name of the dispensary.

Find the SPONSORS

If is your first time: you can choose to cover basic expenses and value of Prize Awards by yourself or you can decide to add external Sponsor.

Only Thailand: Prize awards of a Tournament have to be of MIN. 10.000-baht (300$)1st place, 7.500 baht (225$) 2nd place, 5000-baht (150$) 3rdplace, can be in money, products, service or purchase of similar or higher value.

If the award price is a contract of purchase (usually from a dispensary) need to add min. a x3 to the indicated amounts.

If you want your Sponsor of a Tournament individually and directly promoted by Prempavee consider to send at least 2900 baht (100$) for each brand. They will be anyway included in the promos related to the Tournament even without this contribute.

All the world: If Sponsors are recruited by Prempavee 100% of all income will be reinvested at her sole discretion in the 1st Ganja Cup events, awards, or other related internal and external projects, ideas or causes..

If you are an independent organizer you are not subject to paying commissions on income from your sponsors but you will be ask to transparently announce if you will keep for yourself or you will give to the 1st ganja cup and in that case to declare in which measure.

We never accept Sponsorship for promoting Synthetic Fertilizers, Chemical Pesticides, Weapons, Nuclear Energy, Political Parties, Animal industry, Big Pharma, Violent and Religious organizations, or products that are considered illegal by the local laws of the place that host the event.

How to Run a tournament online

Thailand

You will take care of organization participants but they will send the samples to Prempavee farm and she will take care to send the kits to the judges. You will be moderator on the group Chat for the participants Growers and Judges. The tournament will be entitled with your name.

Other countries

Once you have find all participants you will have to collect the flowers, test, prepare the samples Kits and distribute them. We will support the vote from our App.

Chat Group

We will group all the judges in a private Chat Group or Forum that will be active until the end of the event and we will take care that all of them will get the samples at the same time

Vote

Depending on circumstances they will have between 14 and 30 days to vote on the 1st Ganja Cup App. The winners will be announced on 1stganjacup.com and will receive the certificate. You will be responsible to make sure them get the awards.

How to Run a tournament LOCAL GATHERING

Time

Local Gathering are usually 1 day event, but they can be longer. You have to prepare a schedule and announce time of the event and location.

Preparation

You are responsible to prepare everything is needed to host the event at your place and make sure every guest is happy. Only for Thailand we can prepare the sample kits at Prempavee Farm. Outside Thailand you will have to prepare them. The Kits can be prepareded separatly for each judge or in collective jars dispensary style.

Tickets, Boots, other activities

Any extra income from entry tickets, boots, and selling of products is yours, but they must be not in contrast from guidelines and main concepts of the 1st Ganja Cup or your event will be considered null and we will ask you to cover all expenses and refund participants. If you want help selling boot will be charged 50% of the collected amount. If you have doubt about something, always ask clarification in advance.

Vote

Depending on circumstances they will have all the day to vote on paper or the 1st Ganja Cup App. You will make sure that you have the informational material that we have send to you when you registered as an organizer.

Ceremony and other activities

Unless you have invited Prempavee to be there personally you will be responsible to organize the ceremony of awards and any other activity in program by yourself following guidelines.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ORGANIZERS

1st Ganja Cup do not to accept any Participant Flowers, Sponsorship or Partnership that are using or promoting Synthetic Fertilizers or Pesticides and illegal products. If you will maliciously do so your Tournament will be considered null, removed from calendar and registration fees will not be refund. Brands that are offering both Conventional and Organic products can be accepted as soon they focus their promotion on the organic products during the whole duration of the event.

If you have participants that aren’t organic certified yet you have to expose their situation to Prempavee and she will tell case by case what to do. During the first edition we have accepted some participants that was not a “certified organic” but was seriously committed to that direction. Exception must be declared, evaluated and validated by Prempavee before the beginning of each event.

Unless some participants have indicated differently will be published only the names of the 3 winners. Those 3 winners will have access to the Final event.

Organizers cannot be participants on their own Tournament. Vote of Judges must be public and transparent. When is possible the vote will be trough the 1st Ganja Cup App.

Local events talk, demonstrations and performances that are idea-focused and cover a wide range of subjects to foster learning, inspiration and wonder – and provoke conversations that matter must be announced before the beginning of the promo time.

Registration of 100% Growers Participants, 10 Judges, Sponsors of Price Awards, must be completed 2 weeks before the announced date of the event. Last minute registrations are open only for extra judges (until out stock of the kits), Sponsors and Public.
