Growers:

1) Registering they automatically declare that their products are safe to be consumed and they do not use practices that can results harmful for the final user (like pesticides, fertilizers or other products that are forbidden or misused) and they take full responsibility and charge in case this point will be discovered as not respected

2) Registering they automatically declare that they have read and understood all the Guidelines and purposes of the Prempavee 1st Ganja Cup and the relative Indoor Mini Cup 

3) For each registered strain (max. 4 every round) have to send: 

- 1.500-baht registration fees for each Strain

- 20 gr. buds ready to consume (will be anonymously wrapped at Prempavee designated facilities in 21 samples and send to the Judges. We suggest to make already the 21-portion of 0.7/0.9 gr. easy to be sorted out and left the difference 2 to 5 g. to allow us running lab tests and replacements in case of need) 

-  1 bud of at lest 2x3 cm (will be used for pictures and lab test)

- Nominal price for 1gr. / 100 gr. / 1kg.

- Name and Surname of the Grower

- Name of the Farm

- Full Address in Thai and English where we can send correspondence relative to the cup

- Name of the Strain

- Logo 

- Foto of the different stages of grow, the flowers and the growers

- (optional) Any extra information that they like to share or indications of what they wish to kept private

- (optional) Promotional gift and merchandise for Prempavee Farm, Shops and other participants 

4) Registration Fees have to be send before day 15thof August 2023

5) The flowers and anything else that cannot be transmitted online have to be send to Prempavee farm between day 15thto day 30th of August 2023

6) They will be included in the private group related to the event for growers/jury members in the App Line 

Jury:

The jury will be composed by 21 Jury members

30% are the growers (registration already included)

30% are Experts, dispensary owners or Ganja celebrities/influencer (1.000baht registration fee)

30% are from the public (1.000baht registration fee)

2) They will receive the Samples before day 5thof September and they commit to vote before day 15th 

3) They will be included in the private group for jury members in the App Line 

Sponsor:

Sponsors they can make their offers and they will be display in the awards list by generosity

Minimal entry is 3.500 can be cash or products

They have to add 2.000 bath cash for help organization and logistic

If they offer prizes of value pair or higher of 20.000 bath they do not need to add the logistics costs

ALL PARTICIPANTS HAVE UNDERSTOOD THAT REGISTRATION FEES ARE OFFERED GIFTS TO A SPONTANEUS GROUP OF FRIENDS THAT SHARE A SIMILAR PASSION OR INTENT BUT THAT IS NOT FORMING ANY COMPANY OR ASSOCIATION

ALL OFFERS COLLECTED ARE FULLY USED FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND THE AWARDS OF THE PREMPAVEE 1ST GANJA CUP ITSELF

NOBODY IS MAKING PROFIT DIRECTLY FROM THE GANJA CUP, IS THE NETWORK THAT WE GENERATE PARTICIPATING THE REAL REWARD
